The Volvo V70 is available with the engine 1.6-liter GTDi T4 with 180 horsepower and fuel consumption 6.0 l/100 km with manual gearbox. This corresponds to CO2 emissions of 139 g/km. Fuel consumption is 7.2 l/100 km (168 g/km) with the automatic transmission. The five-cylinder D5 turbo diesel has 215 hp and 420 Nm of torque. The D5 with manual gearbox has a fuel consumption 4.8l/100 km (126 g/km).
