2018 Maserati GT (2018 GranTurismo) is a 4-seater coupe from the Italian automaker Maserati, which has been on the market since September 2007. Designed by Pininfarina, Maserati GT 2018 is made on the floor of the last series of the Quattroporte that had introduced the new style of the Trident house. Under the bonnet, there are variants of the Ferrari F136, a Ferrari production V8, with an aluminum and silicon base coupled with a six-speed sequential automatic transmission or a six-speed DuoSelect robot.
2018 Maserati GT S
The Maserati GT S 2018 is, in fact, an enhanced version of the GT: this V8 440-liter 4.7-liter V8 engine is equipped with MC-Shift power transfers after the transaxle design, the braking system with the two Brembo-inserted steel and aluminum 6-piston calipers.
The declared performances are 4.9 seconds to reach 100 km / h from a standstill, a maximum speed of 295 km / h, a time 100 milliseconds to change gear and a stop of 35 meters from a speed of 100 km / h. The external aesthetics have been practically unchanged except for some small measures such as a more pronounced trunk bonnet to simulate a flap, the miniskirts, a different design of the standard 20 “rims, as well as new characterizing tailpipes with a flattened and elongated shape.
2018 Maserati GT MC Stradale
The 2018 Maserati GT MC Stradale presented, a version approved for use on the road of the GT MC GT4. It is currently the fastest, lightest and most powerful car in the entire Maserati range and the versions used in the single-brand range inherit handling, aerodynamics, and lightness. The 2018 Maserati GranTurismo body is distinguished by a new design of the front splitter, bumper, bonnet and front fenders, side skirts, exhaust and rear bumper. To underline its extreme nature, a roll bar combined with a four-point safety belt, both approved for road use, is available among the optional equipment. The car weighs 110 kg less than the GranTurismo S, for a dry weight of 1670 kg, distributed in a 48:52 ratio between front and rear.
2018 Maserati GT Sport
2018 Maserati GranTurismo Sport was presented, replacing the GranTurismo S and the GranTurismo Automatica in the range. The new 2018 2018 Maserati Sport version benefits from some updates to the car body and more substantial changes to the 4.7 V8. The latter delivers 460 hp and is more powerful than 20 hp compared to the unit that replaces with a torque of 520 Nm. The 0 to 100 km / h is completed in 4.7 seconds, better detection than the 4.9 seconds of the S. The GranTurismo Sport is offered with a traditional automatic torque converter gearbox or with the sequential mechanic, the latter equipped with a steering wheel paddle. Both boast six relationships.
With regard to aesthetics, the Sport recognizes itself for the new front bumper with redesigned air intakes, for the optical groups of the new invoice as well as the front as regards the rear and some burnished elements, similar to what has already been seen on the MC Stradale. Inside the 2018 Maserati GT cabin, there is a new steering wheel and more refined front seats.
